GENERAL MANAGER
Salary :Q.R.10K + Family Status (Visa + Accommodation) + Car

•Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
•Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
•Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits;
•Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
•Using information technology to record sales figures and for data analysis and forward planning;
•Dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance reviews; and providing or organizing training and development;
•Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
•Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues;
•Responding to customer complaints and comments;
•Promoting the organization locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers and the community in general;
•Organizing special promotions, displays and events;
•Attending and chairing meetings;
•Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
•Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
•Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing;
•Initiating changes to improve the business, eg revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market;
•Dealing with sales, as and when required

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
* Minimum of 10 years experience in high-end department stores
* Hands-on and in-depth understanding of retailing business
* Excellent managerial skill and proven leadership skills
* Excellent command of English, Arabic will be an advantage

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Salary Q.R : 8K – 10 K+ Housing

•Exercise accounting practices over financial transactions
•Prepare, generate and analyze reports detailing financial information with regards to assets, liabilities and capital, and prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current financial position
•Analyzes revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control
•Provide efficient and accurate financial reports such as but not limited to income statement and balance sheet on a periodic basis
•Work with General Manager with regards to financial and operational targets
•Work with department managers in setting and finalizing target profits based on available financial information of departments’ past performance
•Develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
•Leads the Finance Department team with the goal of servicing and satisfying all departments’ need for finance services
•Recommends measures to improve methods and quality of accounting services
•Perform related duties as required

ACCOUNTANT

PURCHASE ASSISTANTS
Salary 3k- 5k + Food + Accomodation

•Enter data to maintain purchase order log book.
•Maintain procurement documents in a systematic manner.
•Prepare Purchase Orders based on the requisition provided and approved by Purchasing Superintendent for printing.
•Assist in the evaluation, review and processing of Purchase Orders.
•Update and maintain suppliers’ database.
•Communicate with suppliers, requisitioned, Stores and Workshop to maintain quality, quantity and correct specification of materials/equipment to be purchased.
•Submit to Finance Dept. all documents necessary to process payment on timely manner.
•Do perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the department.

•Implements & reviews all stock loss prevention controls & develops practices specific to need of store within box
